Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs – College of Agriculture

  •  The work of administrative and technical personnel in all the divisions according to the requirements of the work and their distribution among these people in a way that ensures the interests of the college and its needs.
  • Issuing the orders of employment, placement, assignment, retirement and resignation, except for the implementation of the resolution of the Revolution Command No. 550 of 1989.
  •  Approval of the granting of regular vacation for technicians, administrators and retirees of the faculty members to enjoy inside and outside Iraq.
  • Recommending the promotion of the College’s technical and administrative staff.
  • Approve the assignment of faculty members and employees to additional university work.
  •  Approving the acceptance of medical reports issued inside and outside Iraq to all faculty members, provided that such reports are consistent with the provisions and provisions contained in the sick leave system No. 76 of 1959 and its amendments
  • To thank and appreciate the faculty members of the technicians and administrators and in accordance with the provisions and laws and regulations in force.
  •  Making necessary transfers in administrative staff in the college and in accordance with the requirements of the public interest in coordination with the Deanship of the College and heads of scientific departments.
  •  Signing the orders for special vacations, summer vacations, and the legally prescribed bonuses for those who are retired from the faculty.
  • Signing annual bonus forms and promotions for administrative and technical staff.
  • Granting maternity leave and maternity leave to all faculty members according to the decisions and instructions in force.
  • Financial Powers
  •  Approval of the referral of the lists and the additional periods according to the competent committees and according to the Iraqi conditions for the applicable laws and regulations.
  •  Granting cash and incentives to the faculty members from the distinguished and not exceeding (10,000) thousand dinars for each case.
  •  The authority to distribute the required financial allocations between the scientific departments and in coordination with the heads of scientific departments.
  •  Approval and disbursement of the advances to the teaching staff, technicians and administrators of the faculty members within the country for the appropriate periods to complete the task.
  • Approve the granting of professional and engineering assignments, infection allowance, risks and allocations, in accordance with laws, regulations and instructions.
  • Recommend referral of the department’s employees to the investigation in accordance with the State Employees Discipline Law
